The chef’s name is Laurent and he runs The Red House.
Laurent’s been a chef for over 25 years so he knows his onions. He’s worked in Michelin starred restaurants, run cookery courses in France and been Executive Chef for a national restaurant group.
He loves food and he loves cooking, he’s passionate about it and he really wants you to enjoy everything you eat and drink. If there’s something that you really, really want to eat, let him know and he might just cook it for you!
We are open from noon every day for lunch and dinner and we DON’T close in the afternoon.
