Starters
Crab meat & fondant leek tart, dill cream
Hot smoked Scottish salmon & salmon tartare, pickled beetroot and cucumber jelly
Smooth goose liver and port terrine, brioche toast and fig jam
Sauteed wild mushrooms & roasted butternut squash vol au vent, truffle cream

Main Courses
Roasted bronze turkey, devils on horseback, chestnut stuffing, Red House cranberry sauce, duck fat roast potatoes & Christmas vegetables
Roasted loin of peppered venison, sauce Grand Veneur, red wine poached conference pears & Duchess potatoes
Halibut fillet, crab & seafood homemade linguine, chilli & lobster sauce
The Red House nut roast, & mushroom gravy

Pudding
Christmas pudding with brandy custard
Classic lemon tart
Dark chocolate & caramel millionaire parfait, Arabica sauce
Mature Colston Basset Stilton, homemade oat biscuits, grapes & celery

Followed with coffee and mince pies
